Banana Cream Pie

Banana Cream Pie is one of my favorite pies. It brings back childhood memories of going to NYC to visit my aunt and my mom would bake one to bring in with us. This is the simple, quick and delicious way to making your own dessert after dinner.

1 frozen pie shell, bake as indicated on package
2 pkgs. Of banana instant pudding
1  large banana mushed or chopped into tiny pieces
Whipped topping

 Preheat and bake pie shell as indicated on packaging. In large bowl combine the pudding and milk and beat until smooth.  Add in bananas gently and pour into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours. Garnish with whipped topping. I usually top individually in case someone does not want it.
