My
daughter, Samantha's favorite fish is Salmon and like everything else,
we are always trying to figuring out new ways to prepare it. Since
Salmon has a bold flavor, you need something light. This one is very
quick and easy.
Ingredients:
4 pieces of Salmon
1 stick of butter
zest of 1 large lmeon
juice of 1 lime
Directions:
In
sauce pan melt butter and add in lemon and lime. Wipe down grill with
some oil. Dip Salmon in butter mixture and place on grill. Grill for
about 4 minutes each side. When the Salmon can lift without sticking is
usually a good indicator that it is cooked. You can baste as you wish
with remaining butter mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.Serve with a
nice vegetable or salad.
