Chicken Mango Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup mango diced
1 small golden delicious diced
1 small red pepper, julienne
1/4 - 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Lettuce of your choice

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Clean and cut lettuce into bite size pieces.
4. In large bowl combine lettuce and all other ingredients. Toss and serve.
