Filet Mignon in Balsamic Marinade

8   filet mignons
½   cup olive oil
½   cup balsamic vinegar
½   cup shallots
½   cup garlic, minced
3   tbsp. rosemary, crushed

In blender combine  olive oil, vinegar, shallots, garlic and rosemary until smooth.  Pour mixture over filet mignon and refrigerate 4 hours.

Remove filets from marinade and place on broiler rack for 5-10 minutes on each side depending on how you like your meat.
