Desserts
are sometimes the best part of the meal. I am having a few old friends
over next weekend and its all about the dessert. I have been making and
remaking a bunch of them and this is one that I will be serving. Trifles
look very complicated, but they are not at all. Just takes patience to
do the layering. You can do small trifles or large ones. This recipe was
made in individual serving dishes. Give it a try.
Ingredients:
8 glass dessert dishes
1 pkg. of vanilla instant pudding
2 cups of milk
2 cups of fresh or frozen Raspberries
1 1/2 cups of chocolate sprinkles
Whip cream
Directions:
Empty
pudding into large bowl, add milk and whisk for 2-4 minutes. Set out
the dessert dishes and add a 1/4 cup of pudding mix into the dish. Now
add 1 tbsp. of sprinkles, a few Raspberries. Repeat this until you get
to the top; which should be 3 times. Garnish with Raspberries on top and
a big dollop of whip cream.
