Instead of chips and dip, serve up some vegetables for your guests.
Ingredients:
1 lb. of bacon
3 scallions, minced
2 containers of sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
Fry
or bake bacon until very crispy, but not burnt. When cooled place
between paper towels and crumble. Empty sour cream into serving bowl and
add in bacon, scallions, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Cut up
vegetables or buy pre packaged. Refrigerate dip for 1 hour before
serving.
